Lifetime traffic and Speed camera is expiring

I have a Tomtom Go 620 and a 6200.

The 6200 I have bought and activated last week is showing the traffic service expiring at 20/9/21. Is this thing supposed to be lifetime as the box discribed?

And on the Go 620 it just forced me to subscribe for speed camera, again it is against what it said on the box.

I am a bit disappointed.

    @VikramK or @lampard should pick this up and sort your units settings out on the TT Servers. Look back here later to see what they say.

    Regarding the GO620 if this is also supposed to have Lifetime Camera updates then you need to contact Customer Support via Chat to sort out a refund.

    Welcome to the community!
    My team has fixed the service for the GO WiFi 6200. Just do a soft reset and check again.

    I don't see any issue with services on the GO 620, the model already has speed camera services for the lifetime of the device.
