Speedlimits for northern Nerway must be updated

Driving from Bodø to Trondhjem. A lot of wrong speedlimits all the way.
There also are differenses between AmiGo/MyDrive and GO600; Circle K Fauske has wrong koordinates in GO, but korrect in the others.

    I assume question as 10.70 is the current release and should shortly be replaced by the next version which is due out very shortly.
