I have the same problem for my Go Professional 6250.
Please help.
Thanks0 -
I have the same problem with my TomTom Go Basic. The Traffic service didn't work and the radar camera gave me an special offer to buy it, no chance to get the free month(s).
The reset (Soft & hard) didn't solve the problem. Could one of the Forum Mods be so kind to check my TomTom Account. Thanks0 -
It works - thanks1

@VikramK the traffic service is unavailable again. A reset has not fixed it.
What is going wrong? I don't want to have to contact you every few weeks!
Please can you look into this. Thanks.0 -
Hi
@MartinGreest
Welcome to the site....
R.E. the GPRS SIM connection on the Tomtom Live devices....
There are 3 Data connection options that can have a higher/priority/override the Built-in GPRS SIM....
To check the Data Connection status....
Tap 4Dot (.... Menu) --> Setting --> System --> About…
Scroll down to Data Connection & GPRS Status....
What does the device report...???
If you have recently installed the MyDrive App and use a Bluetooth Connection + Smartphone....
When there is an active Bluetooth/phone connection and the
'Data for Traffic & other services' slider button is set to 'ON', The Bluetooth connection will have a higher/priority/override the Built-in GPRS SIM....
See... Option (3) in the link below......

Thanks @YamFazMan I have the TomTom Go 520 with WiFi. I don't think there is a SIM in it.
Data Connection status reports Traffic: Activated, Speed Camera Updates: Activated.
Status for MyDrive, Bluetooth & Wi-Fi all report Connected.
Status for traffic reports: "Service unavailable", "We are having trouble accessing TomTom service. Please try again later."
In the Bluetooth status for my phone it says:
Hand-free calls: Connected, Data for Traffic & other services: Unable to connect, Smartphone messages: Connected.
What app should I have on my phone? Currently, I have the latest MyDrive app.0
