RDS-TMC receiver connects / disconnects

Hello, new to this forum, hopefully I can found some help. I bought a RDS-TMC receiver for my Go Live 1005 Camper & Caravan. Unfortunately the cable keeps connecting and disconnecting, like it's not properly fitted in the car mount. But it's fitted the right way. It also keeps searching voor rds radio data. Is it a hardware problem? Or software? Is there a quick fix, without using a laptop? I'm on holiday and hope to use the cable next week for riding home. Thanks in advance!

    Buon giorno @VikramK,

    We are in Italy at the moment. According to the link in your post we should have coverage. I have also replaced the cable for a better reception, but that did not do the tric. I also did a soft restart of the device (30 secs. on/off button) and now the device gets RDS data (no longer searching). Hopefully it's also the solution for the connect/disconnects warning. Next week we'll try it. Thanks for your answer!
