tomtom logo flashes when disconnected

Tomtom logo intermittently displayed when Tomtom Wifi 6200 is disconnected from power until battery exhaustion. Probably the battery or battery charge indicator are in default. Resetting the device does not help. Where to send for repair (battery replacement)?
