Same subscription on two Android phones

Hello,
I have active subscription for Go app. I get subscription thru Google Play. But on other phone I can't get my subscription either logging in app as paid account (like in working phone).
When I log-in into my TT account (using PC), on tab "Subscriptions" I see message "You do not have any subscription which is linked to your TomTom account.".
What is wrong and how to get running app in other phone? Why I don't see active subscription in my account ?

Welcome to the Community! You can add the same google account with valid subscriptions on 2 phones, and make sure that this account is default and selected account in google play store - this handles subscriptions.
