    Try a Reset Device in Settings/System. Before doing reset check that your My Places and My Routes are saved in your account by going to the MyDrive Webpage and logging into your account.

    Your TomTom GO 50 comes with speed cameras updates for 3 months from the date the device is linked to your TomTom account.
    Traffic and map updates are for the lifetime of the device.

    A subscription will be required to receive speed camera updates and alerts.

    2 days ago I paid for 12months speed camera updates. the app is showing in my account as started. the problem is I have no fixed cameras showing on my maps and the speed excess bong is not working since I tried to update. any ideas

    My speed camera function has stopped working too. When I bought the machine it had some speed cameras on it. I may not have paid for updates but surely what was on the device when I bought it was mine...paid for. I therefore think TomTom have stolen something that belongs to me.
