Is there anyone out ther who can help me out ?

Contact TT Customer Support via Chat .
There are no phone lines working because so many are working from home because of Covid.
Try the following:-
Tap Support at the top of this page
You then HAVE to Sign in Top Right of next Page. (you have to do this)
When signed in Tap Contact Us bottom right
Help Box appears and after a few seconds Get in Touch also appears
Tap Get in Touch
You are now offered Chat.. If Chat is closed, ie its not normal working hours Mon/Fri,then you should be offered an email option
Chat is busy you may have to try a few times.
If it does not work exactly as described then try another Web Browser.

Sorry forgot you were talking about the GO Basic. Based on the following video I suspect it is this mount although it does not mention it on the website as compatible it looks the same at about 2 mins 30 on the video.

I think you will find it is the same but they have not listed the Basic as compatible .
Try contacting Customer Support to confirm and they can take your order as well.
