Why is there NO support email address, the support webpage does not appear to work

I tried a number of routes to get TomTom support but all attempts I get "email failed delivery", the use of the chatbot went nowhere, even the warranty document says you can email support but then gives a web page link... not and email address!!
Really poor.. why???

Links did not work for me I tried those!!!! Chat BOT was also limited as I did update but update had errors, unalbe to progeress.
Also tried email on warranty page, but this gives a webaddress and NOT an email address.
If the standard approach does not work what shoult I do?0 -

Try the following:-
Tap Support at the top of this page
You then HAVE to Sign in Top Right of next Page. (you have to do this)
When signed in Tap Contact Us bottom right
Help Box appears and after a few seconds Get in Touch also appears
Tap Get in Touch
You are now offered Chat.. If Chat is closed, ie its not normal working hours Mon/Fri, it will tell you the hours that it will be available and you will be given an Email option..
Chat is busy you may have to try a few times.
If it does not work exactly as described then try another Web Browser.

Did try that but clearly everyone was busy every time I tried. FYI : some of your hyperlinks launch a new page rather than stay on the page you have logged in on!
Will try another browser as well but the question is "is there an email address I can use for support".

For Tomtom Support Email or Chat lines....
(Normal Office Hours)
Chat… Will be available during Normal Office Hours....
Email… Will be available outside of Normal Office Hours
The way of contacting Customer Services has changed

A New window opens for the.... Tomtom Support site.....
Note... If each time you click on the 'Support' button, the Webpage loops back to the Support site 'Home screen'....
Try clearing you Browsers 'Cookies Cache or try a different Browser....
If you're >> NOT << based in the UK ???
Make sure you are on the correct Tomtom Support page for your Country....
(1).... Scroll to the bottom of the screen and check the Flag Icon...
If incorrect, click on the displayed Flag Icon....
(2)... A New Flag/Language window opens....
(3)... Click on the correct Flag/Language for your Country, Tomtom Support site....
If You >> ARE << based in the UK... Continue below....
Important information for the Tomtom Support site....
If the red 'Sign In screen is being displayed (Screen top right)
Then you are >> NOT << logged in to the Tomtom Support site....
The Tomtom support site is a different site to the Tomtom User Forum
You >> MUST << log into the Tomtom Support site
If you are already signed in to the Tomtom Support Site....
A Head & Shoulders Icon will be displayed....
Note... if the 'Contact us' button is not displayed...
Refresh your Browser page....
Click on 'Contact us'
The Tomtom Bot Window opens....
I usually type 'Contact'... In the 'Type a Message' Box....
Then Press Return/Enter on the PC Keyboard....
You can type 'Chat' for Support during Office hours or 'Email' for out of Office hours support ....
The response for Tomtom Support Chat lines or Email...
Will vary with the time of day...
Chat… Is >> ONLY << available during Normal Office Hours...
(Monday to Friday)
If Chat is busy, try again later....
Outside of Normal Office Hours....
Email… Is >> ONLY << available outside of Normal Office Hours....

Well, I followed the guidance to try and get to chat/speak to support, but every time (over 3 days) I try to log in at the 'Sign in' button, there's and error 400. The chatbot is useless, keeps suggesting I change my password. Disappointed. I would expect a company of TomTom's size to have a better IT support, and Customer Service ethic.0
