Go Premium traffic update in Switzerland

to my understanding the Premium series is the only one with a build-in sim card for traffic updates (?). But since beginning of this year, this option is disabled in Switzerland (not sure if Switzerland switched off the 2G net or whatever net the sim cards worked on). Does anyone know whether there is a Tomtom that provides traffic updates also in Switzerland? thanks

You´re right. The iternal Simcards from Go Premium,Go Camper,Go Professional are only working on the 2G net.
So in the moment you can only use WIFI devices with iternal sim; only when you connect it via bluetooth to internet in switzerland. Outside from switzerland the iternal sim should work.

When in Switzerland if you pair your GO Premium to a Smart Phone via Bluetooth then you should get Traffic data via the Bluetooth connection and your phones Sim as the unit cannot connect via its own inbuilt sim. When you leave Switzerland then the unit should pick up any 2g signal available and then change to getting the data via the inbuilt sim.
