I am trying to install an existing TomTomGo account on a new ipad, I get to the stage where it is asking for me to purchase an account I already have one and just want to activate it on a new device.

    Hi @kdubblu

    Just type the account when you Tap My Drive in the menu.

    My TomTom App for iPhone does not load. It is on ”App loading” for iver 24 ouers but nothing happens. It stopped workinh after beeing in use for 3 days (on our way from Sweden to France)
