Latest New carminate sd card

I have purchased a new sd card with apparently latest maps ,I have inserted into computer to check for any updates and it’s telling me my maps is not up to date ,and asking to buy new maps

    There are no phone lines working because so many are working from home because of Covid.

    Try the following:-

    Tap Support at the top of this page
    You then HAVE to Sign in Top Right of next Page. (you have to do this)
    When signed in Tap Contact Us bottom right
    Help Box appears and after a few seconds Get in Touch also appears
    Tap Get in Touch
    You are now offered Chat.. If Chat is closed, ie its not normal working hours Mon/Fri, it will tell you the hours that it will be available.

    Chat is busy you may have to try a few times.

    If it does not work exactly as described then try another Web Browser.

    Hi have been trying to get in touch ,have followed instructions,
    Tap get in touch and window goes back to get in touch
    What happened to the old fashioned email ??

    Just tried it and after I Tap Get in Touch it gives me a chance to start Chat.

    Have you tried another web browser.

    Thanks for sending the order details.
    My team has activated the map on your account. Please connect the device to TomTom HOME and check for updates.

    Regarding the 'Get in touch' function not working....

    Our team was able to reproduce this issue when we tested with the ad blocker (browser extensions), we also had issues with 'Ghostery'.

    If you click the get in touch button, the window just closes, so it appears the ad blocker is causing the issue.

    Thanks for your help ,map now updated and working ok .
    Hopefully the get in touch function problem with ad blockers is now known and will be easier to help if others have the same problem

    I have the same issue with ABP adblocker - it is impossible to reach support with it enabled.

    Ad blockers seem to be a problem,see if you can disable it ,or use another webrowser
    I was contacted by a moderator,who solved my problem
