NO routes possible

Hi everyone, I tried to preset a route from PC using My Drive to send it to my navigator on Iphone. Once you have entered the app and selected the route under "my routes" the map opens and "no route possible" appears at the top. What can I do ?

Welcome to the Community! Have you downloaded all the necessary maps on the App which cover the route you're trying to sync via MyDrive?

Did you find them under Main Menu> Settings> Maps & Display? Downloaded Maps> Add> Europe> Below Estonia?

The recent 2.7 build migrated to a new base map which required re-downloading the maps. Go to menu > Maps > Add > Europe > United Kingdom to see if you need to download additional maps.I am getting the same problem, I'm unable to get any routes working. On 2 android phones we were left with no service as we went on holiday. "No route possible" after the map update.
I used Google Maps for the whole holiday. It worked OK and was free.
Had to download the new maps on each phone, then select them to delete, delete them and then choose maps again and download again. (!)
This is a brilliant way to lose your remaining subscribers.....0
