Celebrity Voices on Go Premium X

Previously I was able to purchase and load Stephen Fry's voice to my old sat nav. I now have a new Go premium x and can't find where to purchase the same voice or how to transfer it to my new device?

    Hi @Rivven

    @VikramK or @lampard should pick this up and add the voice to your account so you can download it to the unit. I say this as I think that voice is compatible with the unit.

    Good Evening, I had Stephen Fry and Homer Simpson on my old Tom Tom which was stolen sometime ago. I've purchased a new Premium Go X Can I get these transferred to my Account?

    As of 22-7-21, (taken from section GO Discover & GO Expert -
    “Bought new device not able to find voices”)
    Moderator VikramK has informed that:

    “Just like maps and LIVE services, voices are non-transferable.
    As an exception, we used to activate them on the account for our users who bought a new device.
    Recently a decision was taken to discontinue all paid/celebrity voices, unfortunately, we won't be able to re-assign them on the account. Sorry.”
