I have a 5" Discover. My Windows 10 MyDrive Connect was showing my new device but when I clicked the icon, an "Update Device the easy way" message popped up. Whenever I clicked "I got it", it took me back to the original screen. Is my new device not supposed to work with the computer app?

Hi @Chikeunglau
You do not need a Computer for updates including Maps , although at the moment Maps can only be updated by direct connection to Wifi. The only time you will need a PC and the My Drive Connect software on it is if you find the need to do the Recovery procedure or you have no Wifi in which case when you see the screen saying Do it the easy way then you do not touch the PC but use the menu options on the GO Unit to manage the updating etc. In other words you are using the connection to the PC as a connection to the internet.
As I said that currently when connected to the PC map updating is not possible. Its to be hoped that that will change so anyone who does not have Wifi, which can be for medical reasons, can manage their unit.
