Can't connect the GPS with bluetooth to a Galaxy A 32 5G

in Devices using MyDrive Connect
I just upgraded my phone to a Galaxy A 32 5G, & can no longer connect the GPS with bluetooth - neither device can "find" the other!

    Welcome to the community!
    I would advise doing a soft reset and check if both devices find each other.



    Should that not help, then follow up with a factory reset.

    Main menu- Settings- System- Reset

    To avoid losing your stored favourites, you can back up the TomTom using MyDrive, see user guide
