An online tech told me that two drivers on my SD card were corrupted. If so, how do I replace them?

The tech supposedly replaced the two drivers. How do I verify?
The tech wants me to sign a service contract for 1+ years. When I balked, he said he'd remove the newly-installed drivers. I disputed the charge on my Visa card. Advice?

    I agree this is a scam.
    Can I assume, then, that there was no problem with drivers?
    That no new drivers were downloaded to my SD disk by the scammer?
    That I do not owe anything to the scammer?
    That I can refuse the Visa charge?
    I have purchased a one-year agreement with TomTom to update maps as needed.
    Can I use that somehow to verify that all is well with my SD card?

    nothing but very normal TOMTOM not scam these customers

    I don't think the subscription you bought from our webshop has anything to do with drivers on the SD card.

    A Mazda Navigation system can load all the required files through the memory card initialization process. All the required files, are saved on the card without an external intervention.

    Your device will continue to receive 4 map updates(quarterly) for the subscription you ordered on our webshop. Updates will be offered as downloads in TomTom HOME software application.

    We don't collect logs for files stored on the SD card. If you doubt there could be something suspicious, then best to restore the device with the original files.
