I tried to upload new maps etc, the upload stopped half way through and a message said that my device is no longer supported, when disconnecting from my pc I found that all the OS had been deleted, When I now go to "HOME" and plug my Tomtom in, the Tomtom logo flashes for a second and then a lit up blank screen, I can't do anything with it including switching it off, can anyone help please?

Hi @Philcog
Welcome to the community!
I have added a map, but I cannot activate an application.
Restore of the application should happen via TomTom HOME. Try the steps on our support article here- https://help.tomtom.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360013901940

So, I now have a message "No Maps Found".

Hi @Philcog
A map is already active on your account.
I would recommend that you try the steps below-
Delete the map on the device- See steps on our article here-
https://help.tomtom.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360013901300
Clean, uninstall the TomTom HOME software application. See the steps here-
https://help.tomtom.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360013901520
Download the latest version of TomTom HOME from here-

Download a fresh map offered as a download-

I've unistalled and reinstalled HOME and signed in, after linking my device I get a message, Due to the age of my device it is not possible to update new software or buy maps. However, I clicked on the update and I get a load of downloads, I can't see any maps there as there are speed cameras etc, so I clicked install, after a couple of minutes, it said ALL DONE. I switched off and on again only to find NO MAPS FOUND?0
