My Tom Tom. Go premium, won’t switch on?

    Try charging it for 2 hours plus with an Apple or similar phone mains charger plug that will take the USB cable. When you have done that then press and hold in the On/Off button for about 20 seconds plus until you hear the drumroll sound. When charging it do not have the unit in its holder but connect the cable directly into the back of the unit.
