MyDrive app saying device is out of range even when connected via Bluetooth

My GO 610 is connected to my Android via Bluetooth, yet MyDrive always shows it is out of range, any fixes? (already tried reflashing through recovery mode)

    mydrive is to sync and backup favourite and routes
    not pair

    MyDrive app my guy, not the route planner etc., you use that app to also get handsfree notifications and calls to the TomTom.
