Computer voice problem with GO Navigation App

Running tomtom go on Samsung A71 and trying to use the danish computer voice Ida.

Parts of what she is saying is understandable but most of it is garbled - not sure what is going on...

Was running english on the phone but switched to danish to use the voice, also tried restarting but still garbled.

Any suggestions?

    Would it be possible to indicate which parts are garbled? Are general voice instructions garbled, announcement about ETA or announcement about upcoming traffic?

    thanx for getting back to me
    went back to check which parts and since I deleted the voice I redownloaded the voice and then it worked... so something must have gone wrong during the first download...
    very weird...
