Live Services - Go Live 800 series

My Live Services are not available...and my device does not have a 'Me and my device' for me to turn it on - says is up to date and have just re-installed new versions of both Tom Tom Home and Drive to try and get it sorted

    They can push a fix to your device to solve the missing 'Me and my device' error....

    A fix has been rolled out as an update for your TomTom. Do a soft reset and connect the device to MyDrive Connect.

    The software fix will get installed, and the device might reboot during the process.

    Try another soft reset and test the device on a planned route when you drive next time.
