Unable to connect to mydrive

I have two Go 600 devices. I cannot connect either to my Google 3 smartphone using Android 11 to make use of the mydrive account to get live traffic. It won't make a bluetooth connection or recognize my phone? Any suggestions? Has mydrive service been terminated for this tomtom model or Android 11?
