The SD card that I have been using for the last couple of years is not showing up on the software. I tried to update my maps, suddenly the update stopped and restarted my device, since then the SD card is not recognized. I tried another card, does not work. I formatted my card, does not work.
What can I do or try at this point?

Hi @EmrMete
Welcome to the community!
Do you have a map installed on the internal memory of the device?
Since your device comes with world maps, you can remove the SD card and install a small map like Venezuela to the internal memory.
Once the device is able to load the map, you can insert the SD card and format it on the device when you get the prompt.
Now check in MyDrive Connect if the card is visible for map installation.

What to do if your memory card is not recognised by your device

On your device click 'add map'
Hit download
Then there will be an option save to memory card or internal memory.
This worked on my Go Premium with 32Gb SD/HC card.1
