My 2009 Tom Tom XL needs new maps.

in Devices using TomTom HOME
I am on Windows 10. I have to close down windows defender because it keeps blocking the download, only to get tomtom home icon but it won't open and says it's corrupted , I can't uninstall the files because they really didn't get set up properly. Is it even possible to down load the updates for the 2009 XL?

    Do you now the first two letters of the Serial Number.
    Many devices are EOL (End of Life), so that you cant update the device with maps.

    Yepp, RO is an device with 1GB iternal Memory and it´s not longer supported from TomTom.
