TomTom Subscription stopped working on my iPhone

I have an iPhone X and Android device (Samsung S20) which I use in different cars (one has Apple Carplay)
However my TomTom subscription has just stopped working on my iPhone.
When I check it on the Samsung, it is working fine?
How can I fix this? I have tried a full restart of the iPhone, which made no difference?
Do I need to re-install the App?

So, when did this change? I renewed in April and it seemed to be working then?
(Not totally sure, since we haven't been using the cars as much lately)0 -
Grrr. Yet another instance of TomTom taking the product backward.
First loss of the access you got with the older standalone device. (I had a GO900)
Then removal of custom POIs from the app last year
Now having to pay twice for the same function.0
