Device happily connects to MyDrive Connect for updates, but is not recognised by file manager
Ever since starting to use a new Rider 550 as well, my Blue&Me Tomtom2 Live does not show in the file manager anymore, and is listed in the Device Manager as 'Unknown Device'.
After multiple times of following Tomtom's online help by deleting the unknown device, restarting the computer, rebooting the device, and re-connecting - I give up.
Tomtom's automated Help system seems incapable of differentiating between the device not connecting to MyDrive Connect, and it not connecting to the devices section of the computer properly!
Trying to find, or download, a new driver also seems impossible (at least when following Tomtom's instructions...). Even Google seems to show nothing but Tomtom's own (useless) pages these days!
Can someone PLEASE tell me how to get my car Tomtom to be recognised by the Computer again!!!
(I by now wish I had never 'upgraded' my Rider! Worst experience ever...)
