GO 6000 is recognized (via SN number) by MyDrive Connect, but does not further connect

my GO 6000 is recognized (confirmed via SN number) by MyDrive Connect, but it does not further connect to MyDrive Connect, so to say it is "hanging" in the "connection".

I cannot upload the new maps I just bought!

how can I upload those 24 updates the system is indicating?

    thanks a lot for the hint, meanwhile it works, I assume that trying many times to connect the Navi prior to start My Drive Connect and vice versa "solved" at a certain moment the problem.
