How to set vehicle type to specify max speed

With a caravan or some other trailer behind my car I'm limited to 90 km/h in The Netherlands. How do I tell the app to calculate with this speed instead of the road max speed? Because TomTom uses the wrong speeds it also selects routes which are not the fastest. Also I'm having a lot of issues with incorrect highway speeds and the difference between them after and before 19:00. When will the info in the app finally be up to date?
