Unable to switch account to make payment

I have more than one google account on my Android.
When I want to buy a subscription I'm unable to choose via which account I want to pay.
Can this be solved?
Is there a way to pay the subscription via a PC?

    Found the solution.
    First delete data and cache of the app.
    Delete the app
    Install the app via the web version of google play
