No maps available error since map update

Since installing the following update:

Map Share community map update Size: 744 bytes

My TomTom Start 52 device now displays the error: 'No Maps Available'

However when I try to follow your advice here

And go to MyDrive Connect > My Content > My Maps

There is no longer any maps to install:

The United Kingdom map (which came with the device) has disappeared

    My team has fixed the services for your TomTom, please do a soft reset and check for updates.

    @VikramK I have tried to restart the device however i'm getting the same error

    The issue now is the device will not connect to MyDrive Connect

    I can now see the UK map update as available however the device will not connect
