No Maps Shown In MyDrive Connect

I have just got a TomTom Start 52 which was new in 2018. I have connected it to MDC and added the device to my account. It's updated the Nav core etc, but there are no maps shown for it in MDC.
Going into Settings / About tells me the device has UK & ROI v1011.9039 installed.
Can anyone suggest why the maps are not shown in MDC?

I would recommend you to contact the support. They can assign the cards for your device.
