My TomTom suddenly showed the "No Maps Available" page, so I went to the help page https://help.tomtom.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360013900620-No-maps-available-MyDrive-Connect-
but on the My Drive desktop app, it tells me that my maps are fully up to date and that they're not corrupted. It also doesn't give me an option to uninstall the map that I currently have. The 'Empty download folder' is also greyed out so I can't click on that when I follow the line of instructions from the link above.
It's kind of frustrating as I this happened quite suddenly and in between the last time I bought an updated map through the My Drive Connect desktop app.
Any help on how to get my sat nav maps up and running again would be great! Thank you!
