Hi, I have a 550 with lifetime updates (which show as active on device) that recently lost Traffic and Camera services. I spent a week scratching my head but eventually did a reset which changed nothing, the device still showing active subscriptions but no TomTom Services on device. I spent a couple of hours talking to a TomTom advisor, including a remote connection where they did some dubious trawling around my computer, to then be told there was a problem and they wanted £100 to fix. I was not happy with this as my device has lifetime update package and has been happily updating and functioning since 2019. I have deduced that my subscription has been wrongly deleted at tomTom, what can I do to get this resolved as I'm frustrated with it now?
