    @VikramK, I have the same problem with my start 20 device. Initially the map that was present got corrupted since the connection went off while I was doing the updates. Then I fiddled with it a lot. And after I deleted the device from my account hoping to add and install a fresh copy of the map. Now I cannot even connect the device to my computer. Can you help?
