Couple more questions for GO Supreme

Hi,
Thank you to everyone for helping me stand on my own two feet with my new GPS.
I have a couple more questions and they are:

How do you get community content like map icons and are you sure Mr T isn't compatible voice because someone I know has it on theirs.

    Unfortunately, the device has limitations with regards to adding community content like customized images, car icons etc.

    Adding POI's(without images) is supported using MyDrive web

    Thank you for your answer, Mr T does not appear to be one of the listed voices on the shop, it is the same page I was trying to get the others for from...

    When you set up the device did you try the Australian Computer voice it has a far greater vocabulary range compared to a recorded voice....

    The Recorded and Novelty voice are alright for a bit of fun
    But they are no match for a Computer voice....

    Check Tap 4Dot (.... Menu) --> Setting --> Voices... Tap 'Choose a Voice'
    Scroll UP the list as well as DOWN... Sometimes there are Voices ABOVE the Selected Voice as well as below....

    @DougLap I bought Mr. T and it has downloaded in Miles and Yards for some weird reason... Could you tell me how to change it to Metres.

    @YamFazMan I use the computer voices during commutes, but the Celeb/Cartoon voices are good for Family Holiday fun.

    I think that's the only version we have available for the voice(Mr T)
    If I go to - Main menu- Settings- Language and units-Units- Select Miles and Yards

    Then I am able to use the voice.

    Well I paid for something I'm not going to use then. Is there any way to cancel the voice and get my money back?

    You will have to contact Customer Support via Chat and see if you can sort it out.

    Try the following:-

    Tap Support at the top of this page
    Sign in Top Right of next Page. (you have to do this)
    When signed in Tap Contact Us bottom right
    Help Box appears and after a few seconds Get in Touch also appears
    Tap Get in Touch
    You are now offered Chat or Email. If Chat is closed it will tell you the hours that it will be available.

    Chat is busy you may have to try a few times
    If the above does not work as described then try another Web Browser..
