How to restore subscription on iPhone and Addroid

After renewing my subscription on my android tablet, the app stopped working on my iPhone. I am asked to pay again. How do I restore the app on both devices as it used to be?

    I think historically payment was made directly to Tomtom and why this changed I have no idea. You can try contacting Customer Support to see what if anything they can do resolve your concern.

    Try the following:-

    Tap Support at the top of this page
    Sign in Top Right of next Page. (you have to do this)
    When signed in Tap Contact Us bottom right
    Help Box appears and after a few seconds Get in Touch also appears
    Tap Get in Touch
    You are now offered Chat or Email. If Chat is closed it will tell you the hours that it will be available.

    Chat is busy you may have to try a few times
    If the above does not work as described then try another Web Browser..

    It answered my question, but not the answer I wanted.
    After all these years I have been using TomTom Go on two devices, and suddenly no more. I don't suppose I can transfer from my Android Tablet to my iPhone?

    Thanks Doug. You are correct, The payment is now made directly to either Apple or Google, and they don't share.
    Now my problem is to activate the subscription on my Android phone.
