My unit with IOS12..5.2 has the Tomtom Mobile App version 2.3.1 on it and it will not Update any further so I assume that is the latest compatible version.

Yes, I know that but there must be earlier versions that can run on IOS 12!

As far as I'm aware the previous version has been removed from the Apple iStore....
The free Tomtom AmiGO App will run on pre iOS 13 devices....
