MyDrive Connect installing problem, MacBook Pro

I have MacBook Pro mid 2009 and OS X El Capitan.
I tried to install MyDrive Connect, but installing didnt work. Please help

    Did the installation complete or do you see an error message during the process?

    Could you also try a clean re-installation on your Mac, steps available here
