Already since the 25th of September (Referentienr. 1054612 | Ticket 1046998) I'm in contact with TomTom support without any resolution. This ticket was "escalated" within TomTom support, but still not any response. If this was an old navigation system, not nice but understandable. But this device is just less than 2 years old!! Urgent support from TomTom required, else I will escalate!!
