When I put sod card in laptop there is tomtom files there
But nothing when I plug in car

    Do you have the serial number of the device? and if could you send it to me through a private message, please?

    When I put sd card in pc it's now saying

    ERROR: DesktopLib/Ext3/ImageUnrecoverable: There are errors on your memory card that cannot be repaired by HOME. To fix these errors, insert your memory card into your navigation device.     @Pauljd7 take new SD card, format it FAT32 and insert into your sat nav and turn it on.
    Wait for 1-2 minutes and in the menu choose - remove SD Card.
    Then try to connect SD card to your PC and use it with TomTom Home2 application. Should work and link your device t your account
