    Thank you very much Live chat but I tried already and some robot does not understand my problem.
    If you are customer service please let me know if you are going to exchange my GPS that was promised to work with lifetime map update for new one.
    Each time I login to My drive connect I receive message from tomtom that my unit is not supported anymore.
    I do not want any discount you offer for new GPS. I just want replacement so I would be able to continue to use what I paid already for. If I knew you would stop supporting my unit I would by cheaper without lifetime maps. Please send me some email or phone number I could talk to someone from Tomtom about it.

    Hi @peterturon

    There has been No phone Customer Support since the start of the current crisis.

    Try the following:-

    Tap Support at the top of this page
    Sign in Top Right of next Page. (you have to do this)
    When signed in Tap Contact Us bottom right
    Help Box appears and after a few seconds Get in Touch also appears
    Tap Get in Touch
    You are now offered Chat or Email. If Chat is closed it will tell you the hours that it will be available.

    Chat is busy you may have to try a few times
    If the above does not work as described then try another Web Browser..
