Unable to login - password reset doesn't help

Hi all,

I've reset my password which generated and email and I was able to renew my password. However, when trying to login with that same password, it failed.

Tried to reset my password up to 3 times but even after a successful password rest, unable to login...

    Model 4GD00, however, the issue is mainly getting logged into the TomTom account. Despite several password reset it states either the email or password is incorrect (although the email is correct since the password reset is done via that email and I cannot create a new account with the said email).
