voice control stopped working

in Devices using MyDrive Connect
voice control stopped working. i've tried soft reset & re loading voices but can't find a computer voice to download. How can i get it working again

    Hi @adrianandlynne

    Hopefully @VikramK will pick this up and add the computerised voices for you. You should have Serena and Malcolm For English U.K. and they are usually listed at the very top of the available voices.

    Firstly are any of the Sound Icons slashed through ???

    Tap 4Dot (.... Menu) -->

    When you checked for the Computer Voice Serena and Malcolm UK
    Did you scroll UP the list as well as DOWN....
    Sometimes there are Voices ABOVE the Selected Voice as well as below....
    Tap 4Dot (.... Menu) --> Setting --> Voices... Tap 'Choose a Voice
    Also click on the Button 'All Voices' (Screen bottom right)

    Thank's for your help guy's Serena now loaded and working again. Not sure what happened but nice to know where to come for good advice!

    Hello, just purchased 6250 navigation, and the voice control is not available, can I have those automated voices?

    Welcome to the site....
    For Voice control you MUST use a TTS Computer Voice... NOT a recorded voice....
    For spoken Street names....
    Check... Tap 4Dot (.... Menu) --> Setting --> Voice....

    They should be offered as downloads now!
