Something has gone wrong!

Trying to update a new Blue&Me 2 sat nav, not sure what happened with the update. But the device now has no map installed & keeps coming up with the error message "Something has gone wrong" this service temporarily unavailable. Please try again later. When trying to updated.

    Might you have a firewall or anti-virus software blocking proper transmission of data?

    Thanks for the reply, Laptop is running windows 10 with no additional anti-virus installed. How do i get round windows firewall & anti-virus?
