Hello! I have tried to update my partners TomTom One device on Windows 10 using the TomTOM Home app,

but it fails to install, giving a message "the file winlatest could not be downloaded". Does that mean it is not updateable/

    Tomtom ONE devices are considered End of Life, meaning no updates are possible. Been that way for years with that model.
