no speed cameras showing on Go1005

hi all, updated my Go1005 recently, and now there is no speed cameras showing, have added 1 that's near me and that doesn't show either. have done a factory reset, re downloaded the cameras and maps but still the same.
Help! it's driving me nutz.

Have you tried reinstalling the speed cameras using MyDrive Connect?
Steps as below-
Remove speed cameras - https://help.tomtom.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360013900380
Disconnect the device and perform a soft reset-
Install/update speed cameras-
https://help.tomtom.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360013959559
Disconnect the device and perform another soft reset.
Test the device on a planned route and see if the alerts are working.
