MyDrive Connect stuck on 100%

I have been trying to update my Rider, I can download the new Nav file, but then it sits on checking forever. It seems stuck on something and the software is not transferred to the Tomtom. I have tried resetting the TomTom, removing the Connect App from my PC and reinstalling it, but nothing seems to work Support me please

    firewall/antivirus software can be the problem

    Thanks for this Rider1reider. I have tried another PC and I can get in the updates, but the NAV4 program, which is the principal update has been updating now for "24 HOURS
