Hello, I have installed my drive connect for my tomtom start 52, but when I insert the usb cable, the same is not recognized by the PC. I have already tried to uninstall the driver and reconnect, but it does not read it at all, error 43 always appears.
has anyone had the same problem and solved it?

Hi

Welcome to the site...
Google Translate....Hello, I have installed my drive connect for my Tomtom start 52, but when I insert the USB cable, the same is not recognized by the PC. I have already tried to uninstall the driver and reconnect, but it does not read it at all, error 43 always appears.
Disconnect your Tomtom device....
(Do not Reconnect your device until instructed)
Logout of MyDrive Connect....
From the Power menu >> RESTART << your PC (NOT Turn it Off 'n' On again)....
Run MyDrive Connect....
Login to MyDrive Connect...
Connect & Start your device....

Important....
NEVER have a Tomtom device connected to your PC when....
(1)... Installing MyDrive Connect (Including Uninstalling & Reinstalling MyDrive Connect)
(2)... Updating the MyDrive Connect program
Having your device connected can have an adverse effect on the USB Driver install….
Error 43... Can be a Windows Driver error....
Try.... With MyDrive Connect running... Your device plugged in and turned on
On the PC keyboard... Press the Windows Button + X key
Choose Device Manager
The Device Manager Window opens
Double-Click on the '>' character to the left of Network adapters
The Network adapters Menu opens
If the Tomtom#'n' Icon or the Remote NDIS Compatible Device Icon (See Note 1) has a Yellow Exclamation mark displayed alongside then there is a problem with the installed Driver....
Note 1... The Driver maybe listed as a Remote NDIS Compatible Device....
My GO Premium displays as 'NDIS Compatible Device #8'
My Via 120 Live is a NAV3 Device and shows as a TomTom#2....

Maybe the Win10 Troubleshooter will fix the Driver Problems (Or any other USB problems)
With MyDrive Connect running... Your device plugged in and turned on
On the PC keyboard... Press the Windows Button + R key
In the Run box type... Control printers
Click OK
The Devices and Printers window opens
Right-Click on the Tomtom Icon and select 'Troubleshoot'
Note... Maybe listed as a Remote NDIS Compatible Device....
My GO Premium displays as 'NDIS Compatible Device #8'
Then follow on-screen instructions....
