Hi, At the beginning many thanks to completely remove all support. No phone number or mail available on Polish site. only bot which tells completely nothing. Appreciate. i'll never buy anything else than maps for my car from you - you can be sure about it.

But get to the point. I got Renault Laguna III and i lost card with the map. I'd like to buy new but I struggle some issues. PC program TomTom HOME ask me to connect my device. Is it possible to use other card, buy maps and write them to card?

Then you can follow the steps from the link @rider1rider added above.
-Format your device or memory card
-Reinitialise your memory card (Carminat TomTom and Mazda devices only)
-Reinstall content from TomTom HOME
